Teleport Services

Agiosat owns and operates its own full-service teleports, offering a full array of traditional teleport services. Each teleport supports Ku and C-Band transmission and reception of audio and video in analog or digital formats. The facilities include a full digital routing system along with a digital, video server for turnarounds and other recorded content.

Each teleport has a direct, fiber connection to key carrier locations such as 1 Wilshire in Los Angeles and 56 Marietta in Atlanta, thereby ensuring that Agiosat is tightly tied to the terrestrial grid for signal transmission or reception. With well over 12 antenna systems, our facilities have the ability to handle complex and dynamic situations including DVB, DVB-2 and SCPC. And most importantly, our staff has well over 100 years of combined broadcast experience, and a skilled broadcast engineer on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
