State Networks

State Networks The Agiosat Public Safety Network has a wide coverage, spanning all of the continental United States, Alaska, the Pacific and the Caribbean as well as the rest of the globe. This creates a truly national and international Wide Area Network (WAN) that can be accessed by any agency in a particular state, country or region.

Because every user is on the same WAN, there is instant interoperability with any device on the network. For example, a state could sponsor a state-wide Agiosat network which could have bandwidth shared among the users within the state, thereby lowering the per-site network cost. Should more bandwidth be required to meet the needs of a specific event, the bandwidth can be increased for those sites affected.

The Agiosat Public Safety Network creates a standardized, instantly available, interoperable communication network that is fully integrated. A phone system for the network can be created that permits four-digit dialing to any other number on the same system. So, for example, the State Emergency Operations Center can contact a local police facility by dialing four digits. Conference calls and even 2-way radio communication can be established as well. And the cost per site is very low. Agiosat can make interoperability easy, cost effective, and (most importantly) implemented in a very short time.
